(b)  From the bar graph it is clear that, for the group 18-34, number of hours spent on social apps and entertainment apps are roughly equal, whereas for age group 35 - 54 and 55 above social apps are used more than entertainment apps.

Answer : "For the 18-34 age group, the hours are roughly equal. For the older age groups, social apps are used more often than entertainment apps."

(c) Pie charts are best to use when you are trying to compare parts of a whole. A pie chart only really works well when you only have one set of data. In this case we have to make two pie charts.
