  • Ongoing process of building and sustaining relationship by assessing anticipating and fulfilling stated and implied needs

BEST PRACTICES  

  • Best practice is a technique or methodology that through experience and research has proven to reliabily leads to a desired results

PROCESSES

  • A process is a series of progressive and interdependent steps by which an end is attained

METHODS

  • An established ,habitual, logical, or prescribed practice or systematic process of achieving certain end with accuracy and efficiency
