So staff learns most from what they see other staff do. 1 of the responsibilities of nursing professional development specialist is to serve as a role model; doing , not just saying the right things.A role model is a person looked to by others as an example .They make us want to do better things, they inspire us , motivate us, and encourage us to try a little bit harder to be a better nurse or an educator.
