Answer #1

Answer: The healthcare professionals should be very trained and we'll experienced, we can't replace these people with less than desirable staff role models. There could be many risk as less desirable means people who didn't meet the eligibility criteria or have very less experience.

This may involve many risk such as low grade of delivery care to the patient, problem in understanding the cases specially emergency cases. The handling of documents and information about the patient and details should be managed properly , any mishandling in these cases may cause a large trouble for the organisation.
