The US Health care system is the most expensive and advanced providing patient care.There are two broad categories of patient  ,with insurance and without insurance, it doesn't means only the insured gets the right medical care and others not.The government has made it possible by insured to be treated in a negotiated rate in public sector.The main efforts put in are creating awareness,early screening and treatment,hospital protocols ,polices has contributed to great patient safety.

Pain is a sort of emotional disturbance which interrupt the daily activity.The pain is evaluated by physical assessment, verbalisation,pain scale, psychological factor,the intensity, duration ,frequency ,type,what relieves the pain,etc.,The treatment can affect the comfort level by taking medication as per order and overcoming its unpleasant or side effects,application of splints in bone fracture ,follow up etc.,

The main benefits of genetic testing are it can detect any congenital malformation or genetic inheritance and take appropriate actions so that complications can be prevented.The risk being identification of the gender ,injuring the foetus for genetic testing,abortions or early labour, infection, pain.The main role of the nurse is to prepare the patient for genetic testing ,provide psychological and emotional support,sending the sample to laboratory for tests and follow up until the reports informed by the provider to the concerned patient.
