Diastole and the systole are the phases of the cycle of the heart or cardiac cycle. They occur when our heart beats or when the blood is pumped out of the heart and carrying of the pure blood throughout the body parts.

Systole: it is the phenomenon which occurs ta the time when the blood is pumped out of the heart which leads to the contraction of the heart.

Diastole: it is the phenomenon which occurs when the heart relaxes after the contraction of the heart takes place for the pumping of the blood. During this time the refilling of the Herat with blood occurs.
