Answer: Although E- scooters have comparatively low rate of accidents. But to improve public health, it should be illegal to ride an electric scooter without wearing a helmet. This is because may be there are low rates of accidents but still there are chances of slip of scooters, or accident which may cause injury on the head. So, helmet is necessary and should be compulsory for everyone who rides any two wheeler vehicle.

Helmets provides better opportunity to prevent ourselves from head injury as in most of the cases part of head is more prone to the damage.

Helmets protects one of the major part of the body that is brain which controls mostly each and every function of the body. So, helmet must be made compulsory for everyone.
