I on the local area where it is situated, the organization leaders who makes Policies for the organization a beliefs. of the patients etc. so many problems Lor barriers are faced by the Nursing Personnel during Patient Care The organizational Culture is developed from the foundation of the organization so it may be possible that these Cultural aspects are beneficial according to those Conditions but as new technologies and Procedures are incented , now these are less Important and time consuming a more energy is needed to implement the Cultural aspects so it is necessary to change or develope according to time but many organizations adhare to to it that creates Problems for nursing staff | An organizational Culture is not useless every time, many Cultural and factors practices are very useful at Present but some Culture related to race, language etc. are not useful s Create problems for nursing leaders because they do not achieve Job satisfaction.
