Discuss barriers caused by an organizational culture that can be encountered by nursing leaders that can make them feel powerless.

Nursing are the heart of a patient care,they are the most accessible professionals, caring them being with them from admission to discharge. Hence this professional is the best department to advocate in favour of patients with their knowledge, skills and expertise but this is not welcomed by the doctors and even the organization culture states that changes ,any new implementation will be done at the earliest if a provider does ,otherwise the nurse are supposed to get the approval from doctor to implement it

Lack of leadership training by the organization due to high expenses,proper resources ,evidence based report all has to be produced by the educator

Evidence based report is widely in practice noepw day, in the initial days it was opposed by other superior healthcare professionals and cannot accept for implementing in patient care

The biggest barrier being a nurse leader when faces shortage of staff to assign to all patients.Lack of adequate nurse recruitments by organization will be the first reason and making the nurse laeder powerless.
