1. Date of admission

2. Date of discharge

3. Date of injury

other data elements are used widely in the healthcare industry, they are helpful in maintaining the medical history of the patients to carry out their medication course when required. They are also helpful in maintaining the medical records of the patient. Gathering all the information of the patient using these elements may help the practitioners, nurses and patients to maintain the health condition of the patients and minimise the time period.
