A 16 year-old female was pregnant and wished to get married to give the child legitimacy. Her mother objected strenuously and took her daughter to a gynecologist to have an abortion. The gynecologist refused to enter into a contract to perform the abortion without a court order. Should the court allow the abortion?

The decision of abortion is made legal in most states .The minors can take decision if they are sound minded and if they are fit.It is the same to continue pregnancy too but with good parent or guardian support. The court can allow if the client does not want to continue pregnancy but in this case the minor wishes to continue pregnancy after marrying the concerned guy.Therefore in these situations it is ethical and moral concern for court to allow abortion just by parental consents and wishes.
