She pulls several of these invoices and shows them to her supervisor. The supervisor informs her that this is how they will continue to code these documents and that Ms. Knowitall should focus solely on training and monitoring her saff. Nicki finds the response she received to be very strange, but nevertheless, she goes back to her work. Six months pass and Nicki has grown more distraught as she has collected literally usands of invoices that are coded incorrectly, but there is nothing she can do to change en at her level. he does not feel comfortable approaching her supervisor again, and hat going higher up the chain of command may make it even worse. To at he blem, Nicki reads in the local paper that another facility in the system orks in is being investigated for Medicare fraud. ANSWERS :

1. Nikki is not comfortable in her job, as it is fully incorrect in terms of coding system and also the strange responses received by her supervisor. If she is not having satisfaction in her job she should resign the job and go in search of a better job and position where she is comfortable and satisfied with the job. But as of now she is working in one organization she has to inform her supervisor about her inconvenience and resigning of the job because quitting from the job before prior intimation is not a correct way which is against the professional ethics.

2. If Nikki quits the job and move away she can find a better job based on her talents and experiences. As a senior medicare billing specialist she is having the view on the things that are happening in the organization, if she quits from the job the organization will find difficulty in arranging of the new employee in the place of Nikki who is having experience and adjust to the position. As of now Nikki is in a position of a senior medicare billing specialist and can handle the situation in other organization if she has selected in that job.

3. As Nikki found some thousands of fraudulent documents in the organization which are not in a correct way. Informing to the supervisor is of no use as he is not responding to the situation. Finding of wrong things happening in the organization she cannot handover those documents to the media, as she is still working in the organization which will put her professional work in danger. One thing she can do is explain the situation to the higher authorities with proof and talk with them in a cool way. If then also nothing is happening she can go for media case file if not she will be put in a fraud case.
