The 4 main ways Americans will experience healthcare in 2019 (depending on upcoming political climate) will be through one or more of the following. You will need to know this information about your patient:

Employer (50%)
Government (33%) (Medicaid, Medicare)
Out of Pocket (10%)
None (7%)

Its insurance through the employer. Employers usually pay more than 50% of their monthly premium is called employer-sponsored coverage. It will be a tax-free benefit for employers and it covers their dependence too...It includes a government-sponsored health plan like Medicare and Medicaid. This affordable care act direct-purchase health insurance benefit group coverage. employer-sponsored coverage will pay at least 60% of their total cost. out of pocket expenses employer will not pay not more than a certain amount in a calendar year. It covers preventive services with no cost-sharing.
