The following are the requirements to become a federally certified community health center

  • Able to serve all irrespective of their status to pay
  • To be located in rural area in underserved area
  • Serve all needy
  • The governing body shoukd include patient has their majority
  • It should be a non profit organization
  • Make access of the service to all
  • They should provide transportation services from road to air transports as per the need

Ans:D.The center must meet all of these requirements, with the exception of listing healthcare and other professional,and must also have governing board,the majority of whose members are patients of the health center.
