Available quantity 100mg in 250 ml of Ns

That means you have to administer 250 ml over 120 minutes.

250ml = 120min = 2.08ml/min., It will 2.1ml per minute.

Answer - You will set the pump at 2.1 ml per minute.

2. Order dose Tacrolimus 150 mg IV over 1 hour.

Available quantity 150mg but you need to mix each 50mg in 100 ml of D5W.

Then you need to mix 150mg of the drug in 300 ml of D5W

So now you have to administer 300 ml over 1 hour(60 minutes).

300ml = 60min = 5ml/min

You will set the pump at 5 ml per minute.

3. Order dose aspirin 324mg on day 1 and 81 mg daily.

Avalibale aspirin 81mg chewable aspirin.

On the first day, the patient needs 324 mg of aspirin.
