The nurses are pushed towards a more wired learning experience during their education. This is because the nursing students now grow up inside a wired world in which they have access to everything through technological tools. They can easily get Manahan about anything or interact with peers by using these tools. There are various technology tools and delivery modalities or supporting the nursing education. With advancement in technology, the nursing education has also evolved as many new technological tools have been implemented into the education so that the future nurses could be trained to use these tools in their practice.

The need to stay updated with these technological tools has also impacted the learning experience in nursing education. Most of the students now want to be familiar with the new technological tools which they might need during their nursing practice. In order to achieve this, they work harder to understand these tools and use them with ease.

In my opinion changes in Technology Fellowship Program (TFP) intended to help staff as they create mechanical capabilities to upgrade their educating aptitudes. The article will portray one University's introduction of a TFP, the School of Nursing's personnel association in the Program. The usage of Technology learning venture, and an assessment that unique, alluring characteristics of a Technology Mentor, depicted the education knowledge, and noted assets expected to build the utilization of Technology by the workforce.
