1. As a mentor , i would counsel the nurse that by this way she is discriminating the patient and this against theedical ethics. Counsel and teach her how to behave with the patients and monitor her how she is taking care of that patient .

2. Some important messages that are to be addressed with the mother are :-

- she should be asked to either choose between breastfeeding or bottle feed .

- advice her for bottle feed to avoid transmission of virus

3. The mentor should explain the patient about the contraindications of breastfeeding and encourage her for bottle feeds .
