For finding energy content , the resulting value must be decided by grams of food burnt.

For Sample First-

According to you heat absorbed =840.4 joule

The mass of food sample burned=0.21gram

Hence energy content =840.4÷o.21=4001.90 joule per gram.

Similarly for sample -2

Energy content =2446.7÷(-0.88) = -2780. 34 joule per gram (negative sign denotes that it lost energy.)
