1.Spirituality is the feeling of believe or hope in the super power. When the client is in the hospital they experience anxiety and fear.In that case they urge into the spirituality for the support to recover from the condition. Many of the clients experience the spiritual feel only at the hospital.Worldview on spiritual: In some countries, people show their spirituality in a superstitious form.People believe that holding the prayed iron metals or other substance is with the client they believe that it will cure the disease. It is the one of the world view on spiritual. But I consider it as superstitious belief. When facilitating spiritual care as a nurse i cannot judge with their practice. But I need to give respect and allow to do their spiritual practice even though i consider it as false belief. That is the professionalism. But if the nurse shows a difference in the worldview it has the following strength and weakness.

Strength:

It stops the superstitious practices.

It promotes the medical care and treatment for illness rather than the superstitious beliefs.

It provides the clearance about the spirituality

Weekness:

It is the barrier between the nurse patient relationship

It Breaks the trust with the nurse.

It cause dissatisfaction with the nursing service.

2.Ethical decisions are taken in serious conditions. The decisions and suggestions are given by the team of the professionals and can by the ethical committee. But always the final say is from the client side. If the client is conscious he can say his final decision if not it is taken over by the family members or by guardian of the client. So myself as a patient I am the one to give the final say.
