There are many approaches through which we can enhance health promoting behaviour such as by implementing disease preventing strategies, finding out the alternatives of using old traditions, advanced technology, organising campaign and awareness programs etc.
The health promotion behaviour also includes that encouraging people to quit smoking, drinking lots of water, maintenance of proper hygiene etc.
