Obeying the GAAP, Josey would infact report it to the head of their team and he should keep this matter in any of the important meetins

• Including the discussions regarding the miscalculations .
• The impact of it on the financial position .

Since , it is showing more numbers as if the DM and convertion cost . I would increase the production and reduces the profit ratio . If the actual figures are taken as input as if said by Josey it would improve the financial position of the company.
