It is fair to share profits with its workers by the management as because of them only those management are able to run and earn profits. Profit sharing is always done after knowing the annual performance of the company and after its profitability is know.

Profit sharing always have a positive impact on the workers as they feel that company and management are working as a team together. Employees will even work more efficiently as they feel that they are treated well by the management and they provide the best service to its customers. They work hard and feel this company as their own and put their all their efforts to make the company even more profitable in future which in turn management will earn more profits.

Sharing profit with workers always bring a good opinion on the management both with internal and external customers. This will bring a good word of mouth that this management will treat workers as their own people. Profit sharing always gives a motivation to worker to work more.

Due to sharing profit with workers management is not loosing anything but itself is gaining a trust worthy employees and good reputation in the market which obviously shows on its performance.
