among the following acids A, B, C, B is the strongest acid.

Because in case of B, the conjugate base is most stabilised by the electron withdrawing fluorine atom. In other two acids fluorine atoms are far away from the carbonyl group.so does not effectively stabilise the conjugate base. in B, the flurine atomis next to carbonyl, and effectively stabilise the conjugate base. so B is most acidic.
