1. Utilization Management is actually the evaluation of existing necessity and identifying the efficiency of using health care services provided and also the utilization of health care benefits available and their uses.

The above mentioned case strategy is the utilization management, that is Nurse Georgia educating the families about the services provided by the insurance groups and getting free medications to the children with out bearing cost from own pockets.Usually this type of management conduct reviews to identify the quality of the services provided which happened in the provided case study.
