Xarelto drug - Xarelto basically an oral anticoagulant medication (blood thinner) and generally prescribed to avoid blood clots.       It is used to restrain two factor found in prothrombinase; one is in free form Factor Xa and other is in bound form Factor Xa. It is extremely selective in nature and act as an inhibitor of Factor Xa inhibitor with oral bioavailability and rapidly triggers the onset of action. Eventually inhibition of Factor Xa cause initiation of the intrinsic and extrinsic pathway of the blood coagulation cascade that in result hinders formation and development of thrombin. It carries out conventional anti-coagulation and dose adjustments and custom coagulation monitoring as well as dietary restrictions are not needed.

Clinically, it has major pharmacologic benefits than warfarin (vitamin K antagonist), including fast onset/offset of activity, few medication connections and conventional pharmacokinetics.
