Breast cancer is one of the threatening disease commonly found all over the world.

1. Overweight, No exercise, improper diet, alcohol consumption, smoking, stress and anxiety are some of the risk factors for breast cancer. So avoiding above mentioned bad habits will help to avoid breast cancer to some extent.

2. Family history of breast cancer, ovarian cancer and chest radiation treatments are the unhealthy findings that might be seen with breast assessment.

3. a. Check the size difference between the breasts.

b. Checking any lumps are present in the breast by using the fingers.

c. Check for any discharge from the breast.

4. Gynecomastia is an endocrine system disorder in which a noncancerous increase in the size of male breast tissue occurs. It may due to reduced male hormones or increased female hormones.

b. Help the patient in decision-making

c. Try to reduce the anxiety of the patient and motivate to stay positive.

d. Teach the patient about self-care measures.
