There are mainly 2 types of rhythms:-

1) sinus rhythm-- which originates from the sinus or the SA node

2) non sinus rhythm-- which originates from an ectopic sinus.

The first one is normal sinus.

The second one is atrio ventricular block. You can see clearly that in between P wave is generated but the rest is missing and again the P wave is generated. This shows atrio ventricular block.

The third one is a first degree heart block. It shows a prominent QRS complex with a slightly distant P.

The fourth one is the PAC condition (pre mature atrial contraction). The waves are not prominent but appears normal.

The fifth one is of atrial flutter rhythm as it has bumpy reading between each cycle that is between the T and P waves.
