  • Providing cultural competence: Due to diversity in the population, it necessary for the organization to be more cultural competence.
  • Eliminate the medical errors: Reducing the medical errors can increase in the efficacy and hence enhance the quality of care provided to the patients.
  • Using advanced technology: Use of information technology in the healthcare organization can provide better opportunities for the healthcare professionals as well as patients.
