(International management class) Looking at the legal environment, what would say are the pros and cons to living in a society where the rule of man dominates the legal system? Would the rule of man be a better system than the rule of law in your opinion?

.The number one pro would be the saving of money. Trials cost money and so does housing prisoners. If the rule of man was enforced the costs of trials and prisons would beless because for instants if a person was found to be guilty of a horrible crime such as murder he or she would be put the death immediately. The government would no longer have to take care of prisoners forever.

First, we can observe the relationship of rule of man and law through
the structure of law. Law is a model for mandated behavior that uses
rules for guiding the actions of people. Law creates guidelines for human behavior, ranging from the relationships of direct and indirect conflict of interest to the range of rights with their corresponding duties.

The general academic understanding in China is that the legal norms
are divided into three parts: hypothesis, handle, and sanction. 3 "Hy-
pothesis," which means the conditions given according to context, points
to the circumstances and terms required for certain behaviors. "Handle"
refers to regulating behaviors such as allowing, inhibiting, or requesting
the content of certain behaviors, such as the nuclear content of the model
behavior sought. "Sanction" means the rules for the consequences, usually
the legal consequence as a result of violating the code of behavior. These three components are essential to the legal norms; in other words, for the regulation to guide the behavior there must be behavioral requirements, including content and consequence.

. A More Obedient General Public One of the main arguments in favor of theocracy is that the presence of religion in governing bodies discourages citizens from becoming discontent. It is much more difficult for a person to argue with the government’s policies, since these policies also come from a higher power. It also becomes easier for a theocratic government to propose certain compromises to their population, because everyone has the same belief system and there is bound to be very little dissent. Electing a religious leader to lead the government means experiencing minimal amounts of push back. Their word is typically accepted as the word of the society’s religious deity of choice.

2. Changes Are Approved Rapidly.Under theocratic rule, it is far easier to propose changes to the government and have them approved in a timely fashion. Anything from new infrastructure to sweeping social reform can happen in an expeditious manner. Theocratic societies are authoritarian in nature, which leaves very little wiggle.
