Answer: Cancer is the fastest growing disease in today's world. There are many causes which makes person more prone to the disease such as unhealthy diet, lack of physical activities, not taking sufficient amount of nutrients, lack of proper lifestyle, smoking , excessive Alcoholism etc. Unhealthy foods and junk foods are one of the main reason which causes cancer as it supress the immune system.
A person who includes physical activities in his daily schedule are less prone to have cancer. Obesity is one of the main reason which leads to increase more risk of developing many other disease such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hypertension etc.
Physical activity fuels up the cell, increases oxygen intake and eliminate the toxic substances from our body. It provides oxygen to the tissues. A 35 minutes of daily walk can prove to be more effective. Although it takes time, but it is a daily process which results in more beneficial for the people suffering from any kind of disease or cancer.
