Answer: The evidence based practice provides platform to increase the efficacy of the research. It is important as it provides basic concepts related to the practice and enable us to achieve the ability of critical thinking.

Level of evidence are : 1) Level I consist of evidence from a systematic review or meta analysis of all the relevant RCTS (randomized Icontrolled trial) or evidence- based clinical practice guidelines based on systematic review of ROT. 2) Lever!! In cludes those evidence that are obtained from at least one well- designed RCI 3) Level 111 involves evidence obtained from well designed controlled trials without randomization 4 Level IV include the evidence from well- designed case control so Level v evidence from systematic reviews of descriptive and qualitative Studies .
