Travelling is considered one of the best remedy for a stressed
mind. It is a great stress reliever and boosts one’s metabolism.
When one gets so involved in his daily routine, then at some point
of life feels to have change in his life. He no longer wants to be
at same place. At that time , travelling refreshes one’s mood and
help him to start with freshness. While on travelling. For sometime
he is free of that paper work, noisy horns but just relaxing and no
thinking about tomorrow.
being on a different scenery, happiness flows inside and one gets
the courage to see a different aspect of this beautiful life. He
gets free of daily mental and emotional exertion. While on
travelling, we meet people from different culture and with distinct
values. Interacting with them make us realise their viewpoint about
the life and fill us with positive attitude towards life.He starts
to analyze his situation more critically. It makes him realize that

with all that time. Spending some peace and quiet time with nature
by your side. The world becomes still. He becomes one with nature.
