Big 5 personality traits are as below=
Extraversion or Positive Affectivity= This is the trait that facilitates a person to experience positive emotional state and to have a good feeling about oneself and the world. This trait is quite helpful in improving the productivity of the person as when the person feels good about himself, his work and others around him, he will be more inspired to put his best on the job
Neuroticism or negativity affectivity= This is the trait that facilitates a person to experience a negative emotional state and to have a good feeling about oneself and the world. This trait has a very negative impact on the overall efficiency of the employee he person will not be motivated to work and try to avoid the work as he dislikes everything around him
Agreeableness= This is the tendency of the person to get along with others quite well. This helps in creating a good working environment The Corporation, assistance, and mutual help can be a positive influence on the job
Conscientiousness = This indicates the level to which a person is careful, preserving. If a person is having this trait he will oppose any change in the status quo. He will not accept the new technology or ways of doing things
Openness to experiencing= This indicates that the person is open to new ideas and ready to take the risks. This will have a greater impact on the work as the person can find it easy to learn new technology, come up with innovative ways of doing the thing
