Explanation-

a) during the unprotected sex HIV can be transmitted by a bodily fluid of an infected person (blood,vaginal fluid,semen,precum or anal mucus) to their sexual partners.

The risk of HIV transmission during unprotected oral sex is very low. but there is a risk of other sexually transmitted infections.

b) contact between broken skin,wounds oror muco membrane and HIV infected blood or blood contaminated body fluid, Deep, open mouth kissing if both partners have sore or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV negative partner.

c) HIV can pass from HIV positive mother to the child. During pregnancy the foetus is infected by HIV crossing the Placenta .During childbirth the baby is infected by HIV in mothers cervical secretions or blood.

d) the actual risk of transmission of HIV through breast milk is unknown. It is thought to be more likely your mother is newly conflict between primary infection.
