Nivolumab is a drug which is used to treat advanced lung cancer .The side effects of the drugs can be effectively managed and reversed.This drug can lead to toxicity when the dose are increased without good progression but this is the medicine which can increase the life expectancy of five or more years in lung cancer patients.As patient is not experiencing any symptoms the dose cannbe incraesed or a combination therapy with ipilimumab can be administered for effective treatment and acting as a good targeted therapy to control the growing cancer cells.
