The hypotheses are

Ho p 0.4 null hypothesis Ha p 0.4 alternative hypothesis

This is a 2 tailed test (The alternative hypothesis has "not equal to"). We will reject the null hypothesis if the p-value is less than the significance level 0.01

If the p-value is greater than 0.01 then use the following
