The social ecological model was formulated to prevent the violence happening in a society. This has 5 levels in it namely intrapersonal (individual) , interpersonal(microsystem),institution(mesosystem), community(ecosystem) and policy( macro system)
One of the most important level in this model is to have a good intrapersonal development as this is the base of an individual before they enters the massive system of the nature and able to handle it .When an individual had a poor environment where they grew up and learnt most of the unethical ,immoral, violent behavior, misbehavior,etc.., in this level will affect the society as they grow up and contribute to the society. Hence this is one of the most important level 0f the social ecological model.
