Accurate staffing process is essential while recruiting The staff into an organization.
Recruiting competent, when knowledged staff is necessary for best outcomes.
When processing the staff it should have the following steps:-
1. Estimating Manpower Requirements :- estimate the no. of staff required for an organization based on work, which caders to be formed etc.
2. Recruitment: give a notification for recruitment
3. Selection : select the competent staff based on the their performances given at interview or in the exam.
4. Placement and orientation: after selection place them in work.
5. Training and Development: if they are new to work train them, otherwise develop more and more skills.
6. Performance Appraisal : assess their performance every month using evaluation tools
7. Promotion: promote as per their performance to higher position, giving extra salaries, incentives etc
8. Compensation : The organization should have fair salary or wage structure and should give incentives to those who deserve it.
9. Separation:it is the last step of staffing which involves seperate the employees in the form of retirement, termination, death etc
