What are your thoughts concerning the possible causes of lower levels of health in the United States compared to other countries? Of course, there are lots of possible reasons. Feel free to throw out some less obvious reasons if they come to mind!

Answer: Due to busy schedules of people, they are unable to concentrate on their own health. They are becoming less concerned regarding their health as they don't get much time to do so. They eat unhealthy foods from the restaurants such as junk and fast foods. They cook food at home very rarely, most of the people do so. They have kept themselves that much busy that they even didn't get proper sleep.

Due to unhealthy eating, people are becoming more prone to the obesity. The obesity is one of the major cause that makes people more prone to many other diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease etc. Most of the women are at major risk of developing diabetes as they are not concentrating on their health.

Busy schedules makes people to skip breakfast, they even didn't indulge physical activities in their daily life such as walking, jogging, cycling etc. A minimum 35 minutes of walk can do magic as it lowers the bad cholesterol and keep mind and body fit and healthy.

The improper sleep also aids to weight gain. One can easily out on so much weight if they didn't sleep properly. This also disturb the mental health. Many people slips into depression due to unemployment, overthinking etc.
