1. The NaI/Acetone test gives a precipitate with 1-chlorobutane and 1-bromobutane, but not with 1-iodobutane because this test requires Iodine to form a precipitate in the form of I2

Iodobutane contains already an Iodine and since it is not as much reactive as the added NaI, there is no precipitation.
