• Obesity
• SMART goal: The smart goal must be specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic and time bound. The smart goal to overcome the target behavior of obesity would be to reduce the weight and gain a healthy BMI of 20 within 3 months.

• The NSW-10 objective of the healthy people 2020 indicate the need to reduce the proportion of adolescents and children among the age group 2-19 that are considered obese.

Current status of U.S population and appropriate specific population group
