Answer: Blood transfusion provides better opportunity to increase the health conditions in patient with severe blood need or infection. Although it is one of the life saving measures, the blood transfusion has become a risky process. It sometimes cause allergic reactions, incompatibility etc.

The blood transfusion has becomes more safe at present because now the healthcare professionals reduces the risk of any abnormalities which can be caused by transfusion. Now, healthcare professionals cross check the blood, blood donor so that the all the disease or any disorder present in the donor can be verified. It reduces the risk of burden of disease. So, at present due to more enhanced technology, the blood transfusion has become safe.
