The alphabetical index lists the diseases and conditions by name. Using the alphabetical index the individual can quickly zero in on the section of the ICD 10 which is needed. Tabular system arranged based on body system. The tabular index breaks the broader classification of the drugs to the smaller disease conditions with specific code for each.
