There are five components of Social Justice as given by Heather
All these components are applicable to corporations and organizations.
Content Mastery: Any corporation indulging in whichever kind of work will need to master its content, factually and otherwise. Without adequate and correct content, no firm can succeed in the long run. There are three spheres in content mastery: factual information, historical background and a macro to micro-content analysis.
Tools for critical analysis: Only acting according to the commands and orders of the bosses would not help any organization, combining it with critical thinking and analysis will give the best results. Employees must be active agents of change and must be participative.
Tools for social change: Every organization has a responsibility towards the society in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). And employees and employers together can help in bringing the oppressed and disadvantaged people to the forefront.
Tools for personal reflection: Along with contributing to an organization's growth, an employee must always look and reflect upon himself/herself to make sure that there is a considerable amount of personal satisfaction. Personal reflection reminds one that there is more to consider and helps in keeping minds open to new possibilities.
Awareness of multicultural group dynamics: People must be aware of the multicultural dynamics of the corporation. This becomes more important when the organization has international operations and works globally. Working globally across different cultures helps one to expand their thought process and become more tolerant towards others.
