Here we have 2 cases:

1) When a red chip is drawn from bowl A: (3/4)(4/8)

2) When a white chip is drawn from bowl B: (1/4)(3/8)

So

P(of then drawing a red in bowl B) = (3/4)(4/8) + (1/4)(3/8) =15/32=0.46875
