* we need to collect the data regarding which type of symptoms he is having like difficulty in erection, hair loss, fatigue, loss of muscle mass, increased body fat ect.

* ask regarding since how many days he is having diabetes and whether medications are using regularly or not.

* whether the blood glucose levels are in controlled or not.

* he is having believe on herbs and botanicals, so ask whether he is using any herbs for his problem ect.

* ask history regarding whether he is having any benign prostate hyperplasia, bresat cancer, prostate cancer, any history of myocardial infarction, hepatic dysfunction, pituitary insufficiency, hyper calcemia, any renal diseases and seizures ect.

* because these are caution and contraindications of androgen therapy, so regarding these and all we need to collect history completely.

Nursing interventions for patient with diabetes mellitus :

* educate regarding carbohydrates restriction diet,

* educate to do exercises regularly,

* educate to take fruits and vegetables more.

* continueous using of medications.

* regular monitoring of blood glucose levels ect.

* educate to client to take medicine as the day advised doctor and one dose per day for 5 days.

* but she didn't take first day of menstrual cycle.
