Ans: high temperature

CYTOPLASM is a jelly like substance that fills a  cell , contains molecules called enzymes.

Cytoplasm is the the site of many biochemical reactions that are vital and crucial for maintaining life.

The enzymes in the cytoplasm metabolize the macro molecules into small parts so that it can be easily available for other cellular organelles like mitochondria.

Cytoplasmic enzymes example are hexokinase , phosphorylase , lactate dehydrogenase.

cytoplasmic enzyme disruption is a process of releasing biological molecules from inside a cell.

At high temperature cell lysis occurs that results in disruption of enzymes.
