Answer #1

Answer: For the better health it is necessary to adopt a proper lifestyle and should eliminate the unnecessary good items from our meals. One of the best method for changing health behavior is creating awareness among people. Because lack of knowledge and information causes people not to take care of themselves. Indulgence of exercise such as walking, jogging etc can normalize the body weight, blood glucose levels as well as maitains the blood pressure. This also provides peace to mind and hence mental health will provide better living opportunity.

Communication is one of the most useful means through which one can explain and keep his point of views. The communication barrier between older adults and healthcare professionals due to certain factors such as hearing problem with the patient or the negligence of healthcare professionals can impact health behavior change for an older adults. For example the healthcare professional told the care plan to the older adults that he should not have salt consumption, but the older adults can't hear properly and he continues the intake of salt and hence this causes more problem in his blood pressure.
