The preconceived perceptions of an individual on others culture can impact the work in the following way

  • Individuals be assigned task or work in relation to their culture besides their talents
  • People can be ill treated ,if from minority group,certain race and ethnicity
  • Prediction of capabilities can ruin the working environment and can create conflicts in team
  • On other aspect ,the people can be respected being aware of their cultural background and improve unity communication

The psychodynamic approach can be applied in the following way

  • Regular and periodic training enables the employees to be mutual to others
  • The feelings and emotions has to be understood while conversing with each individual
  • Group activities and talks to be encouraged in professional way
