DIETARY CONSULTATION TO CLIENT WITH OBESITY :

Excessive consumption of carbohydrates, sedentary life style, excessive eating, unhealthy dietary practices made client to suffer with over weight or in medical terms it is called as OBESITY. By analyzing the data of client it is important to control obesity to prevent further complications of heart attacks, myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis and many more, by fixing of dietary consultation to client in terms of nutritional considerations.

GOAL : To control obesity is the primary goal of action to client.

ANALYZING OF DIET BY LOOKING OF SOME FACTORS INCLUDE :

Client eat more at the weekend especially on Sunday. A diet heavy in carbohydrates, junk and oily foods.

Client does not eat more at the week days, but will be in a sedentary life style.

Client exercise patterns will be maintained at two to three days at week days and completely not done at weekends.

The macro nutrients does not break towards the desired goal by the client, as he is inactive towards exercises and healthy life style practices in eating more junk foods. I can improve the nutritional goals of client by encouraging him to adapt daily exercises, avoiding of junk and fatty diets, motivating him to perform daily activities of life.

Based on all the determinants regarding health, the planned goal for client is realistic. As I am including all the natural methods to decrease over weight of client, which is safe and not including any harmful practices that cause side effects in health of client.
